Ingredients:
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dehydrated chopped onion
- Olive oil spray
- pinch sea salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400.2. Wash asparagus and "snap" off the ends. (asparagus has a natural breaking point, about an inch from the end)
3. Place asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
4. Lightly spray asparagus with olive oil
5. Sprinkle asparagus with minced garlic, garlic powder, onion, parmesan, and salt and pepper.
6. Roast 10 minutes, or until tender.
Produce Tip: Nobody likes the "woody ends" of the asparagus. "Snapping" or "breaking" it off makes sure it is completely removed. Also, the thicker the asparagus, the more woody the flavor will be and the longer it will take to roast!
