Cherry Energy Balls


These are great snacks on the go.  Feel free to mix up the fruit and nut options with whatever you like or whatever you have!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1 cup dried dates
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • Sea Salt

Directions:

1. In a food processor, pulse dried fruit until combined.  Transfer to a bowl.
2. Add the nuts and seeds to food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add to bowl with dried fruit with cinnamon and pinch of sea salt.
3.  Knead ingredients together and then divide into 1-inch balls.  
4.  Store in an airtight container.
